Slacking

One month into 2009, and I have not settled into a regular workout routine. Not good! It's time to get serious and get on with it. Ol' Arthr needs to loosen up. Thirty minutes on the treadmill. Forty, or forty-five minutes on the machines. Shouldn't be too hard to do at least three times a week. Wish me luck!
